Hallo
ich habe folgendes Problem.
ACT 2011 Synchronisation --> Outlook 2010
Dani

You are attempting to sync your Sage ACT! contacts with Microsoft Outlook and find that certain contacts fail to sync. This issue will occur if you have contacts from Outlook that had previously synced with Sage ACT! and manually deleted them. When attempting to sync again, those contacts will not transfer. In the event that you wish to remove contacts that have been synced between Sage ACT! and Outlook, the correct method is to disable Outlook synchronization in Sage ACT! from the Tools > Preferences > E-mail & Outlook Sync tab and any synced contacts between applications will be removed.
To restore proper synchronization between Sage ACT! and Outlook, please use the following steps:
1.Close Sage ACT! and Outlook.
2.Launch Windows Explorer®.
3.Browse to the following location:
•Windows XP®, Windows Server® 2003: C:\Documents and Settings\*username*\Application Data\ACT\Act Data\Outlook Sync
•Windows Vista®, Windows® 7, Windows Server® 2008: C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\ACT\Act Data\Outlook Sync
4.Delete or rename both files that end with "Contacts.metadata".
5.Restart the Act.Outlook.Sync.exe process using these steps:
•Right click on Windows Task bar and select Task Manager.
•Select the Processes tab.
•Locate Act.Outlook.Sync.exe and click on it to highlight.
•Select End Process to end the process.
•Using Windows Explorer (My Computer or Computer icon), browse to the following location:

64-bit operating system: C:\Program Files (x86)\Act\Act for Windows
•Locate the file Act.Outlook.Sync.exe and double click on it to start the service.
Note: Rebooting the computer will also achieve the result of restarting the service.
6.Launch Sage ACT! and test synchronization. All contacts should now sync successfully.
